Due to exceptional growth across the ABL Group, an opportunity has arisen for an experienced Health and Safety Professional to join our Risk Management division.

About The Role

As a Risk Management Consultant, you will be advise existing and potential clients on potential risks to their organisation.

As well as advising on physical risks to employees and assets you will also analyse and consult with clients on risks to reputation, stakeholder interests and many other areas of risk faced by businesses and brands.

You will advise clients of changes in Healthy and Safety legislation and plan, design and implement risk management solutions for clients.

You will also work with colleagues in our insurance broking division to create bespoke risk management and insurance packages for each client, offering a fully rounded service to ABL clients. 

About You

You will be NEBOSH Qualified with 3 years+ of professional Health and Safety experience either within industry or as a consultant. 

Experience of working within the insurance field or with insurance products would be advantageous but is not necessary to succeed in this process. 

We're looking for a new team member with not just a keen knowledge of health and safety regulations but the hands-on experience of applying them in the real world. The successful candidate will be able to think analytically, commercially and strategically and will be a natural communicator and team player.
