This week we’re excited to finally start the process of moving into our new home on the first floor of Belfast’s most prestigious business address, City Quays 1.
With almost 8,000 square foot of floor space, there will be plenty of room to accommodate our head office team (and our colleagues from Coleraine, Armagh, Downpatrick and Newry). Any growing family needs space and with over 180 professionals now in the ABL Group we are no different!
This new home will unite our expanded team, bringing our colleagues from the Willis Towers Watson (NI) business under the same roof as the ABL Group team for the first time. There’s plenty of space here to blend our teams, collaborate and learn from each other and we’re eager to get started.
Our new neighbours at City Quays include national broadcasters, multinational tech giants and blue-chip legal firms. As Northern Ireland’s largest commercial insurance broking and risk management organisation, we’re in good company.
City Quays is a contemporary, sustainable, waterfront development that includes commercial offices, retail, hotels, cafes, and restaurants. Last month, Belfast Harbour announced plans to enhance the development further with the creation of an urban garden promoting well-being, active travel, and biodiversity. We can’t wait to spend our summertime lunch breaks enjoying the views over Belfast’s iconic waterfront!
